Dispatch & Delivery Information

In our experience, Australia Post has been the most reliable delivery service, particularly in regional areas.

So we send orders via Australia Post Parcel Post, and Express Post unless it is not reasonable to do so. 

How much will it cost?

Delivery costs are charged in tiers, based on the total weight of your items, including handling fees.

How long will it take?

Standard Post: 7-10 business days.
Express Post: 2-4 business days.

Orders are sent with tracking numbers, apart from very small items where it is not economical to send as a parcel.

Sometimes, your order might be shipped in multiple packages, at different times. Only one delivery fee is payable, regardless of whether shipping occurs all at once, or in parts. If your order consists of items in stock and on back order, your order might be partially filled and completed later, or, held until everything is available.

When you place an order with us, we will process your order and dispatch your items as soon as possible. High volumes of orders can slow this process - choose Priority Order Processing to jump the queue and have your items dispatched FAST (within 24 hours.)

We’re not in the business of disappointment so we take lots of effort to get your items to you as soon as we can. If we can't meet these deadlines for any reason, you agree to release Benny's Tech Bar from all claims and liability for costs or damages resulting from the delay. We also can't be held liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond our control. We still care about these issues, so please let us know of any problem and we will always try to help.
