We strongly believe in the high quality of our products. If they let you down in ANY WAY during the first 12 months, you can return them for replacement, exchange or refund, quickly and easily. We've got your back.
365 Days To Change Your Mind | Returns
Return or exchange any item within a full year of purchase if you change your mind and they are still in original condition.
If there's any problem with your order, reach out via email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about it.
We might ask for a receipt or proof of purchase if we can't find your order with the details given (such as a different name or email address.) For refund or exchange, we’ll ask you to send the product back to us in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.
If something is damaged and you send us a photo, you probably won't have to send it back.
If more than 365 days have passed since placing your order, items are not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error, refund or exchange will be at our discretion. We'll try to help as best we can.
If you want to exchange your item, we'll ask you to send your original item back to us. If you send a photo of the postage receipt, we can send your replacement within 2 business days! There's no need to wait for your one to arrive.
If granted a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. (Usually faster, just depends on your bank.)

You'll have to pay shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using trackable postage just to be on the safe side.
