If our products let you down in ANY WAY during the first 12 months, you can return them for a full refund. See further details below.
Ordered white instead of blue, or something you can't use? Return an item within 365 days if you have simply changed your mind and they are still in original condition.
If there is any problem with your order, the first step is to reach out via email email@example.com to let us know your situation.
To complete your return, we might ask for a receipt or proof of purchase if we can't find your order with the details given (such as a different name or email address.) For refund or exchange, we’ll ask you to send the product back to us in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer - we can help you much faster than they can!
If more than 365 days have passed since placing your order, items are not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error, requests for refund or exchange will be at the discretion of Benny's Tech Bar.
If you need to exchange your item, we'll ask you to send your original item back to us. We will send your exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
If granted a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will need to pay shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or refund, unless otherwise agreed. It's a good idea to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we'll keep you informed along the way.
